Ensure you check the box agreeing to the waiver AND type your name in the box.  Be sure to provide address information that covers at least the previous five years.  Once you submit the information, our team will complete the background check and provide the results to your organization.

FBPI will notify your organization whether or not derogatory information was found in your background. Please understand that FBPI is not the determining organization. We DO NOT decide whether or not you “PASS” a background check. We are only the reporting agency.
